Checklist/Guidelines: Hold harmless agreement, one check for deposit, one check for usage of dunking booth, drivers license, insurance card. Please note: you will need a 2'' hitch ball and will be responsible for providing your own softballs. Please note all tanks are to be picked up on the day of rental Between 7:30 am and 9:00 am
They must be returned to the department on that day Between 7:30 and 9:30 pm.
Reserving it is easy as 123...
1 Check for $100.00 per day DONATION to be submitted with deposit check to ease the pickup and drop off of the dunking booth made payable to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
2. Check for $200 for security deposit - to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Please be advised : Funds and all paperwork must be received before reservation date is posted. Reservations will not be confirmed until all paperwork is complete. Deposit will be promptly refunded once the dunking booth has been returned to the fire department in good working condition.
3. Complete the Hold Harmless Agreement 2011
Please note: borrower must be at least 18 years of age. A copy of the borrower’s drivers license must be provided with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Borrower must also provide a copy of their valid insurance card with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Dunking booth must be inspected by a fire fighter or member of the ladies auxiliary upon pick up from and return to the fire department, to verify overall condition of the equipment.
