LADIES AUXILIARY
DUNKING BOOTH PROCEDURES
- A dunking booth may be borrowed for donations:
- $85.00 per day
- Check only - made payable to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary
- A security deposit is required:
- $100.00 Deposit
- Check only – made payable to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary
- Deposit must be received before reservation date is posted. Reservations will not be confirmed until deposit is received. Deposit will be refunded once the dunking booth has been returned to the fire department in good working condition.
- Borrower must be at least 18 years of age. A copy of the borrower’s drivers license must be provided with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Borrower must also provide a copy of their valid insurance card with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
- Dunking booth must be inspected by a fire fighter or member of the ladies auxiliary upon pick up from and return to the fire department, to verify overall condition of the equipment.
