Checklist/Guidelines:
  • Check for $200 security deposit made payable to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
  • Check for $100 usage fee to be submitted with deposit check made payable to Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
  • Complete the Hold Harmless Agreement

Please note:
Borrower must be at least 18 years of age. A copy of the borrower’s drivers license must be provided with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
Borrower must also provide a current copy of their valid auto insurance card with the signed Hold Harmless Agreement.
Dunking booth must be inspected by a fire fighter or member of the ladies auxiliary upon pick up from and return to the fire department, to verify overall condition of the equipment.

Please note:
You will need a 2" hitch ball
You will be responsible for providing your own softballs.
Tanks are to be picked up on the day of rental between 7:30 and 9 a.m.
Tanks must be returned to the department on the day of rental between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m.

Please be advised:
Funds and all paperwork must be received before reservation date is posted.
Reservations will not be confirmed until all paperwork is complete.
Deposit will be promptly refunded once the dunking booth has been returned to the fire department in good working condition.
