Three Dunking Booths are available for Rental.
Reservations will not be confirmed until your deposit and usage fee have been
received and all paperwork has been completed.
Cost:
~Security Deposit in the amount of $200.00
(Deposits can be made in Cash or Check. Checks should be made payable to: Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. All deposits will be promptly refunded once the dunking booth has been returned to the Fire Department in good working condition.)
~Usage Fee in the amount of $100.00
(This should be submitted with the security deposit. Payment can be made in cash or check. Checks should be made payable to: Porter Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.)
Renter Information:
~Renter must be at least 18 years of age
~Copy of current driver’s license must be provided
~Valid auto insurance card for the vehicle towing the Dunking booth must be provided
~A Hold Harmless Agreement must be completed and signed for every rental (Form can be printed and dropped off or emailed)
Pick- Up Information:
~For towing, a 2” ball is needed
~Dunk Tanks can be picked up on the day of rental between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and must be returned to the fire department on the day of rental between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
~To verify the overall condition of the equipment, Dunking Booths will be inspected by a fire fighter or member of the Ladies Auxiliary upon pick up from and return to the fire department.
Other Information:
~Dunking Booths hold approximately 450 Gallons of Water
~Please have a hose available that is long enough to to reach for filling your Dunking Booth
