We appreciate you  joining us for the 2026 TIFMAS South Central Branch Field Day!   Registration includes Lunch for all classes. A T-Shirt will also be included for everyone registered by Monday, March 9th. Final Registration Date is Monday, March 16th.

Wildland Deployments Class: 8 hours; Tuesday, March 31st - Wednesday, April 1st - Thursday, April 2nd . Same class offered all 3 days, students need only attend one day.

Cost: $30.00

For your convenience, the Wildland Deployments class will be taught  March 31st - April 2nd from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Operational Rotations (Tues-Wed-Thur) An 8-hour day of networking and training on the deployment process and operational expectations for those who deploy or are interested in deploying.  This is open for all qualifications and potential prospects that have an interest.  Throughout the 8 hour day, you will cover things like: Packing and Preparing, Documentation and Administration, operational tasks, communications and more.  (THIS IS NOT A CERTIFICATION CLASS, RATHER A NETWORKING AND TRAINING EVENT). Lunch will be provided.

STEN & STEN TRAINEES: Class 8 hours; Monday, March 30th  8:00am-5:00pm

Cost: $30.00

With a target audience of operational leadership, students will work through a variety a training events related to wildland deployments.  Scenarios and sandbox (TAMFS OPS Div. Personnel), TAMFS Dispatch and Communications, and Administration/Documentation Updates are just a piece of what you can expect. Lunch will be provided.

DEPARTMENT REPS & POINT OF CONTACTS: Tuesday, March 31st, 8:00am-11:00am 

Cost: $0 (SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS IS IN A SEPARATE SIGN UP)

This session should last approx. 3-4 hours and will serve as an informative session as well as a Q&A opportunity.  We will provide local (regional), as well as state wide updates to those agencies in attendance. Lunch will NOT be provided for this class.

Finance & Admin: Wednesday, April 1st, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Cost: $30

With the assistance of TDEM and their affiliates, personnel will receive a morning session of training on the finance and reimbursement process of TIFMAS deployments and the afternoon will be reserved to assist any agencies with any needs they might have. Lunch will be provided.
